Hatton Gardens Showroom Launch

The people

Global leader of sustainable design surfaces Cosentino, with its brands Dekton and Silestone, wanted a 360-support package to promote the launch of its new global flagship showroom. Moving its design hub from Clerkenwell to the iconic Hatton Gardens, we needed to create as much noise as possible across PR and social channels to help drive footfall of architects and designers into the new space.

The new space boasts over 420 sqm of design inspiration, spanning three floors, a fully working Atelier Lab and interactive digital slab displays that help the design community specify projects. With a fully stocked sample library, meeting rooms and desks for hire, and Cosentino’s vast application portfolio – including countertops, flooring, cladding, furniture and facades – and more, it is a dynamic space that brings the brand to life like nothing else. As such, getting architects and designers in the door to experience it for themselves was imperative.

The power

Culminating in a launch event for architects, designers, specifiers, media and VIP clients, we adopted a holistic, content-first approach.

Managing all the Cosentino social channels, our team developed a strategic content plan that involved pre-launch teasers, to-camera interviews of guests, live-streaming, inspirational videography and photography.

To generate buzz around the launch, we also secured several media interviews and showroom tours with leading A&D publications such as Wallpaper*, Dezeen and Designerati, as well as KBB retail publications, resulting in large brand and showroom profiles.

To continue momentum for showroom footfall, we will be rolling out a series of A&D events throughout 2024 including awards ceremonies, breakfast briefings, supper clubs and installations.

The impact

An increased amount of social content around the launch resulted in a follower increase of 7.9%, driving a 49% increase in impressions and 3.6% increase in engagement MoM. Story content from the night alone yielded over 3669 impressions and an impressive amount of reshared stories.

Press activity on the showroom launch has yielded to date, a combined print and digital circulation of 2.7m, a figure which will continue to grow as more profiles go live.
