The people

Harris is a decorating brand with a British heritage that dates back to 1928. While it has traditionally been well-known among an older generation, its brand awareness among younger audiences has been significantly lower. Houston was tasked with reaching and influencing the new generation of DIY enthusiasts.

The power

We activated an influencer campaign working with up-and-coming DIYer Scott Baggaley to engage consumers across Instagram and TikTok. With over 30% of his followers aged 25-34, this year-long partnership focused on delivering a 3 part series of real, authentic, and helpful content that naturally fit Scott’s plans to redecorate his kitchen, outdoor fence, and garden door.

The impact

  • Instagram – Over 2.5 million views, 12.5k likes and 5k shares
  • TikTok – Over 700k views with 11.5k likes and 2k shares
