Neptune is a premium British lifestyle brand renowned for its meticulously crafted, timeless furniture and home accessories that bring quiet luxury and enduring quality to every room. Ahead of celebrating its 30th anniversary next year, Neptune partnered with us to deliver a flagship PR event at its Wimbledon showroom to launch Borough – the brand’s first new kitchen collection in more than a decade. The brief was clear: create an elevated, design-led experience that would resonate with key lifestyle and interiors editors, VIP freelance journalists and influential content creators. We managed the event from concept to completion – developing the creative direction, curating a tightly targeted guest list, handling media outreach and RSVPs, and overseeing production, styling and on-the-night hosting. Every detail, from the Borough kitchen hero space to the layered styling of furniture, lighting and accessories, was crafted to reflect Neptune’s quality, craftsmanship and full-home capability.
The event was designed to do three things: drive brand awareness among high-calibre media and influencers, spotlight Borough as Neptune’s first new kitchen launch in over ten years, and demonstrate the breadth and quality of the wider product portfolio. By bringing guests into the Wimbledon showroom, we created an immersive, in-person experience where they could see, touch and move through the spaces, understanding how Borough sits alongside Neptune’s wider portfolio. Guided walk-throughs, one-to-one access to brand spokespeople and curated photo moments ensured a rich stream of story angles and content.
The calibre and engagement of the guest list was a key measure of success. Senior editors from the UK’s leading lifestyle and interiors titles, respected freelance writers and stylists, and design-focused influencers attended, resulting in immediate social coverage, strong interest in longer-lead editorial and a pipeline of feature opportunities. The event also acted as a timely springboard into Neptune’s 30th anniversary narrative: by introducing guests to the brand’s three-decade journey and future direction, we positioned Neptune front of mind as media begin planning milestone content for 2026.
In an increasingly digital world, the event demonstrated the enduring power of in-person experiences. Being able to open drawers, feel finishes and look at the craftsmanship up close created a level of emotional connection that cannot be replicated on screen. The opportunity for media, influencers and the Neptune team to meet face-to-face, ask questions in real time and build genuine relationships added depth and authenticity to the coverage and content that followed, reinforcing how valuable live events remain within a modern PR strategy.
